As soon as I got this shirt from Shabby Apple, I just knew the theme for the perfect outfit: nautical. I am a fan of the sailor look from the colors to the ribbon and the collar flap at the back. I've been wanting to try it out. So to achieve the look, you just have to combine red and navy blue. Stripes is also THE must print. In order to balance the outfit, I used accessories that are neutral, whether it is beige, black, cream, brown or white. I also chose my cream wedges.
How I wish I have a sailor hat as well to pair it with. Good thing Hettie Hair Accessories sent me the perfect headband that really screams nautical.
Aside from the unique design, what I love about it most is that the material used for the headband do not leave marks or even hurt my head when worn. Plus, you can also use in a formal event or for a casual day out.

The perks of being in a tropical country is that I can sport a summer look all through out the year. But now that the climate is not that hot here, I cannot help but abuse my red pants by wearing it more often.
