Happy Wagon: 1 stone in, 5 stones out

Hello blog, how I missed thee. It’s been a while. I’ve been on hiatus for more than two weeks now. I haven’t got the chance to post my blog drafts. Oh well.

So what’s happening in my world right now? Here’s my random ramblings and thoughts:

First, Shamsey Supsup was the 3rd runner up. Really great! I even cheered for her in the cyber world a lot, compare to Venus Raj. Oh well. We have to give it to her. She’s really good and she was the bet of Mariah Carey, Katy Perry and Oprah. Plus, the tsunami walk she’s now known for. But I still think she would’ve won. She deserved to win. Well, congratulations to you! You made us proud.

Second, Westlife is coming here. Too bad, I’ll miss it. I grew up singing their songs. I remember, the first concert I attended. It was Westlife and they were still five back then. I remember how my dad gave me a choice of watching the concert or buying me a gameboy color (which was the thing that time). I was really torn. I both love to have the two but I have to choose. So I chose the concert. Fun fun fun singing. At least I’ve experienced it before. I just wished they guested Brian McFadden. I think it would’ve been a better concert to see them reunite again for just one night. Oh well.

Third, Jason Mraz, Adele and BEP are coming here in the Philippines. I just hope I will be able to see them. Oh God, shower me some moolah these coming Ber months.

More on the personal note.

Fourth, I’m really behind my pace in my reading goals compare last year. I just finished 34 out of 100. And it’s September now. :| It’s quite depressing, really, for a reader like me. I can finish books in 2-5 days and now I feel like a snail. So to cheer myself up, I changed my goal. From 100 to 50. I think that would be easier to pursue. ;)) (Imma cheat. LOL)

Another is that I have not been able to write reviews for the past 4 or 5 books I’ve read. But I still gave time to do some editing. Now I’m ranked 156. :))

Fifth, I miss reblogging a lot through my tumblog (kissinducedinsomnia.tumblr.com). I miss seeing beautiful photos and reading inspiring thoughts. I also miss posting a lot of quotes there that I got from the books I read. Plus I haven’t got the chance to transfer my reviews there to here. I need to do it soon so that I can post the recent ones.

Sixth, I miss playing Sims. My last sim was Serena van der Woodsen. I had a great big house with a very chic interior. I have lots of hairstyles, clothes and other accessories to choose from. Plus I have a sports car. God, I miss playing. The one in Facebook is fun because you have goals to accomplish or missions to do but the lack of free will (like going out to malls or cheating simoleans for that matter) kind of makes it dull.

In short, I miss indulging myself in my own little world.

I’m happy that way. ;)
