Fishtail Situation

What I wore: dress & belt Forever 21 • earrings Vivilli • watch Gucci • sandals SM Parisian • shorts Aeropostale

So I'm currently drowning in my "To-Be-Read" list which is being piled non-stop by new books every now and then. I'm currently rushing in reading three books for the first two blog tours I joined which has a lot in store for my fellow bookworms. It was actually not a problem reading these books in a span of a week since it was very interesting and highly entertaining that got me hooked. So watch out for my upcoming reviews, guest posts and giveaways! So stoked for you guys!

Anyway, I wore this last May (I know please don't give me those stares) when I met up with my high school friends because one of our friends who currently lives in the States went home for two weeks. It was such a fun night and I wish it lasted for a week. It felt like it happened as fast as I can snap my fingers. I'll be sharing a short photo diary maybe tomorrow.

There are days when I feel like not wearing a shirt, pants, etc. And those days are meant for dresses. I will always love wearing one because it's refreshing, it's not sticking to your legs or arms, it's flowy and don't you just love to turn and twirl around with the skirt. One of my obsession is fishtail dresses/skirts, also mullets and other asymmetrical cuts because they create drama to your look especially with the little help of Mr. Breeze.

Since I think that day was part of the last two weeks of Summer, I told myself why not wear it. The colors and print just compliment the season. Moreover, it was an overnight stay and I will not be bothered to pack after because one piece clothing helps save space. So it was a win-win situation for me.

I just love the combination of orange and blue. I think it'll be one of my favorites. It's both vibrant and really captivating.

Hope you like this look! Have a great day!
