Here is a compilation of my readers' sweet messages and questions that I hosted during my Reese & Taylor giveaway which I dearly cherish since it was one of the ways we were able to interact:
Aww! ♥ Thank you so much! :)
Aww! ♥ Thank you so much! :)It's actually pretty good! Thank you so much for asking. :)
I actually missed a lot of movies last year. I know. I am a loser for that but I'm catching up and watching them these days. I'll be a liar if I list down films I haven't seen so anyhow, here's my top 5 in random order *drum roll please*:
1. Perks of Being a Wallflower
I have never seen a film that is as good as the book. As cliche as it may sound, I feel infinite afterwards.
2. The Avengers
3. Taken 2
One word: Badass
4. Hotel Transylvania
I will always be a child at heart and enjoy such films.
5. Project X
Dreaming of having a party as awesome as that less the burning and ruined houses. Haha.
Thanks friend! I'm just really thankful for all the blessings! Cheers to a great year ahead!
Hi! So I actually prepared and made a set for this. I've tried wearing a big, poofy long gown and a frock during my prom.

With long gowns, the advantage is your legs are covered and maybe you can even wear flats underneath. LOL. Seriously, it adds drama and it is the only time of the (school) year where it is accepted to wear it. The downside is that you might want to lift it the whole night to avoid being step on while dancing or worse, tripping!

Now short dresses are more comfortable since you can dance all through the night without your dress being stepped on by others like a rug. But beware of peek-a-boos! Plus, the dress should really look stunning to catch attention.

So I made a set that will show you some choices that will make you look like the star of night and at the same time, you'll be comfortable.
LONG GOWNS: Choose something different, color and style-wise and also something that will mystify the look. For example, since hi-low skirt is really trendy nowadays, might as well make use of that. The drape at the back adds the dramatic flair we're aiming for and you will be able to flaunt your shoes! Just make sure the dress has intricate details or a few embellishments to avoid being a "snooze-fest." If you want something more extravagant, the skirt can have a ruffled effect shown on the left of the long black dress. Since we want to still be conservative here, instead of showing the cleavage and to avoid being scolded, you can show a little bit of your back or a sheer skirt will do.

SHORT DRESSES / FROCKS: As you can see the pattern, I have a lot of tube dresses with embellished tops. I love those it adds elegance to the very sweet look. A puffy skirt can also do the trick if you still want to be princess-like that night. I also want a few shimmer and glitter, and sparkle my way on the dance floor so for me it is acceptable just as long as you won't go over the top. We love to steal the scene not to the point that will make the headlines of the school paper as a dancing disco ball. Still, keep the glitter to a minimum.

HAIR: Be experimental. Watch tutorials online! Be creative with your hair. Braids and buns together, curls and a ponytail, use little head pieces that matches your outfit.

SHOES & BAGS: I chose the hues that will compliment the dresses I chose and the appropriate styles. If your dress has a strong color, go for nudes. If you want a little shimmer and  the perfect pair for black, white and nude will be gold. Go for strappy or the usual pumps. Do not wear killer heels if you are not used to wearing them. There is a difference between "tiis ganda" and "pilit ganda." We do not want to sit the whole night of dancing and we want to avoid accidents and injuring ourselves, right? Go for the right height. With the bags, go for statement clutches ala McQueen.

Personally, if I was given the chance I would wear a similar dress that Charlize Theron wore on the 2006 Golden Globes. Black was not allowed in our school for some weird reason. I do not know if the nuns who run my school think it is witchcraft or something so I didn't push through with it even if I was really obsessing about.
Mind you, she was best dressed for this. Anyway, my tips is just be yourself. Wear something you really love and still be comfortable about it. Visit some sites that caters prom dresses for inspiration. Choose a style that will fit your body and flatter it, not the opposite. Whatever your sister's choice may be, I would love to see it in the future! Don't forget to send me a photo! ♥
When I was in high school, Body Shop's The Spirit of Moonflower was my favorite but it got phased out early 2007.
My current favorite and still using 'til the last drop is Paris Hilton's perfume. It really smells good and lasts the whole day (even up to the next day). I think that's one quality of a perfume I am looking for.
I also have a penchant for vanilla and coco scent. I love the sweet smell that reminds me of food and pastries. I am still in the search of that though.
Aww that is really sweet! Thank you for the greeting!
I'll be blunt about this. There are a lot of things to rejoice about blogging. I guess aside from the few perks I'm getting which I am really grateful and I really see as blessings, I love how it serves as my way to reach out to people when it comes to sharing my thoughts, my opinions, my interests, etc. I love how I can treat it as my own pensieve and see all the things that had happened to me, whether good or bad. It also serves as a way of looking back and seeing how I progressed as a person, how I changed, the things I have attained and would love to achieve in the future. It also let me meet new people with the same interests or even the ones I look up to, virtually and if I am lucky, personally.
Thanks again! You made my day and still are for the constant greetings! ♥

I have a few and these are based on their acting skills.

INTERNATIONAL: Liam Neeson, Ralph Fiennes, Mel Gibson, Leonardo diCaprio and Johnny Depp

LOCAL: Coco Martin and John Lloyd Cruz
I am actually a newbie when it comes to putting make-up. I am a late bloomer. But I would try and ask for my big sister's help. She is my make-up guru. Though I get you, since I am also prone to break-outs due to my very sensitive skin. I hope to do that in the future. *crossing my fingers*
I actually have A LOT!

INTERNATIONAL: Mary Kate & Ashley Olsen, Mischa Barton, Lindsay Lohan, Emma Watson, Alexa Chung, Blake Lively, Chiara Ferragni of The Blonde Salad, Blair Eadie of Atlantic-Pacific, Aimee Song of Song of Style, Nicole of Gary Pepper Vintage, Kristina Bazan of Kayture, Hapa Time, Miley Cyrus and of course, Audrey Hepburn.

LOCAL: Camille Co, Kryz Uy, Lissa Kahayon, Kookie Buhain and Anne Curtis.
It's weird but I find this difficult to answer. Maybe because again, I have a lot since I love watching movies. But I trimmed down my list:

Braveheart, Schindler's List, The Boy in the Striped Pajamas -- I love historical films, whether it was based on a true story or fictional. Aside from educating myself, these three movies greatly touched my heart with its story. Plus the first two have great cinematography.

Perks of Being a Wallflower -- this is the only movie that I loved both the film and the book. "I feel infinite."

The Sound of Music, Les Miserables -- I love musicals. These films make me want sing after watching it. Great story, great film, great music.

Titanic, The Notebook, A Walk to Remember, If Only -- I am a hopeless romantic so I love epic love stories.

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 -- I just love how the story started and it was a bittersweet ending.

Aladdin, Little Mermaid, Mulan -- I am a Disney kid and forever will be. I see to it that I will always watch these films because they are great stress-relievers and these are just fun to watch.

Taken 1 & 2 -- Aside from the action-packed story, it's Liam Neeson's film!

Legally Blonde & The Devil Wears Prada -- I am fascinated by stylish films. I adore the outfits.
Ooh. I answered a similar one. I assumed the artista is referring a local celebrity:
I love Divine Lee & Anne Curtis

FASHION ICONS (refer to the question above)
Yay! Thank you and good luck!

My love for writing and sharing my thoughts to the world keep me going. Also fashion and books motivate me. :)
Haha is my love for Harry Potter really obvious? LOL. Again, as a bookworm, I definitely have a lot. Anyhow, here are my favorite books with some excerpts of my reviews:
The Mortal Instrument series by Cassandra Clare — One of my favorite series to date because it is well-written and every page turned brings you to a whole new world of various characters and creatures. A really one of a kind series. I've always push my friends to read it, and so far, I received good reviews. Its movie will be released this August!
The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown — this opened my eyes to the possibilities and what ifs about the secrets of the Church. Others say it is blasphemous, but for me it is brilliantly written
Stargirl by Jerry Spinelli — “Jerry Spinelli showed how we badly want to be accepted in the society that we sometimes tend to change ourselves or even forget it to attain popularity or acceptance. When someone is not alike us, we tend to think that that person’s uniqueness is weird. Like what happened to Stargirl. People think she’s just doing those things for attention, she’s a fake. When in fact she’s the only real thing in that school. We are like Leo at times, we tend to just hide our real feelings or opinions just to conform. We remain silent or apathetic even if we are disagreeing and shouting inside. We always care about what people think. It matters to us that bad that sometimes we tend to be insensitive of what others feel. Another is that, I think it’s true and it really happens, that we tend to forget one’s kindness and still judge them. I guess Stargirl helped me realize these things. No matter how hard they pull her down, Stargirl still spreads her wings to fly and shed them light.”
Percy Jackson series by Rick Riordan — I love Greek/Roman mythology so much that it was my favorite topic in English class. The author put it in a modern perspective through a very action-packed adventure of the Demigods.
When There is Hope by Jane Goodger — it is sort of falls under the historical romance genre. It showed how one person can change another one’s life through reincarnation and love.

I actually answered this on the previous entry :) But here they are again:

The Harry Potter series by JK Rowling, The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare, The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown, Stargirl by Jerry Spinelli, The Percy Jackson series by Rick Riordan, The Princess Diaries by Meg Cabot, Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky and When There is Hope by Jane Goodger.

My favorite authors are of course, JK Rowling, Meg Cabot, Cassandra Clare, Dan Brown and Rick Riordan.

(This is a temporary list since I will be discovering more books soon.)
That's really sweet! Thank you so much! I hope you enjoy reading my posts! ♥
You're welcome! Thank you as well for joining! ♥
I actually have no clue what should be an ideal reader. For me, there are three kinds of readers: the silent one (who regularly visits just to read or view the posts), the participative one (who regularly visits and comments on the posts) and the occasional passerby (who discovered and visited your blog, and you have no idea if the person will love it or not). This is based from my experience since I am sometimes a silent reader on others and usually a participative reader on my favorite blogs.

But whatever my readers may be, I am really thankful for them because they have always been there since my humble beginnings. They've loved my bipolar posts, my transition and transformation. Though I would love for them to give me feed backs, their opinions and to interact with them through comments or emails. :)
Aww. You made me blush! I'm just returning the favor to all my readers. You guys deserve awesome giveaways! :)
The combination of knit wear/sweater and a white long sleeves polo is one of my favorite. Since it is still cold here in our country, I was inspired to create an appropriate outfit. You can never go wrong with this ensemble as long as you pair it with jeans (I prefer darker shades or black) and boots! Flats and sandals are also welcome. This is perfect for days out with the kids where you need to be able to follow them wherever they go and move comfortably.

You can never go wrong with a dress. Pearls will be a big trend this year (according to and it is actually the go to accessory for work. The outfit can be transformed from day to night dressing by adding a blazer. It can also help if you are uncomfortable on showing your arms or if you get cold. This look can actually be worn also casually just by changing the shoes and the accessories. If that's the case, go for a colorful blazer/cover-up and a printed dress since it will also be a big trend this year.

Who said you can not wear the trend today? Don't fret. In this look, I combined floral and peplum which is THE style nowadays. This combination will make you look youthful and fun and at the same time, appropriate and fun. Perfect for dates with the hubby or mommies night out.

I hope this helps! :)
I'm not into resolutions since it is usually a promise I cannot keep. But I created my bucketlist that I would love to achieve as the years go by. You can see it in this link:

I will be adding more soon!
I'm not really the show's biggest fan since I have not really seen the whole TV series. But I have watched a few episodes through ETC and I think I kinda like it since I found the show funny. :)
I would love to travel the world and publish a book. :)
Hi! That's really sweet! I'm flattered! Thank you! ♥
Ahh. This is quite difficult because I love them all to bits. But I think among the seven books, I love the Sorcerer's Stone and the Goblet of Fire most.
I can't think of anything!! Haha! It's kinda frustrating and ironic since I do save a lot of quotes from films I watch and books I read. But here is the first thing that came into my mind:

"Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned."
Hit the beach. Snorkeling. Swimming. Read a new book. Road trip. Learn something new (whether it may be a new skill like dancing, singing, cooking, etc., a new language, etc.)
No I don't put makeup at home. I take a breather from it because it is best for my skin and since mine is very sensitive, I only put makeup when I have to attend an event or gathering and when I feel like it but that is very seldom. For a casual day, I just put lipstick, concealer, powder and blush. That's it. :)
We can be friends on Twitter :) I cannot grant your request since my Facebook is solely available for friends and family, I hope you understand.
To go to Paris, Italy, London and/or Japan. First reason is because I would love to see those beautiful structures and architectures that I've only seen in pictures. I think it would be great to experience history when you've actually seen the place. Second is food! Third is just my taste of wanderlust.
Aww! That's also really sweet of you to say. :') Thank you so much! God bless you as well! ♥
Thank you so much!
I will announce the giveaway winner this week so stay tuned!
