Color Blocking Day 2: Coral Contrast

Thursday, August 16, 2012

What I wore: shirt from Bangkok • coral shorts Aeropostale • DLSU Flip-flops Havaianas

What I wore: orange beaded bracelet and coral bangle from Palawan • Nato strap used as bracelet Asprey • watch Swatch • friendship bracelets from my friends Gap & Angela - Singapore

It was a rainy day and I accompanied my dad and brother for a few errands in the mall. I want to use my new flip-flops and that day was perfect for it due to the heavy rains. I want to give my feet a rest from all the close shoes and let it breathe for a while. I hung out in a bookstore with my brother while waiting for our dad and I found these.
As a basketball enthusiast, I knew I had to buy Wilt, 1962 for my dad and myself. I grew up watching the old NBA which I find more appealing and more passionate. The players were better back then and you know they play with their heart.

I also bought a book of word search just for past time. I love answering these and can finish it in a day if I am not busy.
The chocolates in Saizen were in a good bargain because you can buy two for PHP 88.00 only. Definitely a good snack while reading.
Back to the outfit. My love for playing with colors are definitely evident in this post. I just love this color combination. It is vibrant and the colors are definitely alive. I knew I had to make up for the flip flops by putting a splash of colors look. The accessories definitely adds to the contrast.
By the way, do you like my eyebrows? Been sporting Majolica Majorca's Brow and Lash Colorist in brown for days now and it is amazing! Watch out for my review soon!
