Just Got Lucky: Part 1

Monday, May 14, 2012

March was a very lucky month for me. Everything was falling into place and I was happy for the progress I was doing with my blog.

I recently discover a lot of blogs that host giveaways and I was like, "Why not? I should try to join one." I ended up joining a lot of giveaways and trying my luck. My friend, Rejection, has always been beside me in every giveaway I joined.

I was actually losing hope with my luck and all and actually feeling very unlucky. I never won the lottery, promos and such. So I told myself not to expect anything if I join another one.

Surprisingly, I received an email last March 1st saying that I won the L'Artiste dress from Shabby Apple and Made You Blush. I was shocked and I can't believe it. But yeah, I did one a very lovely dress. I was so happy that day that I really want to jump for joy literally but I was in my dad's office so I should be in my best behavior.

Unfortunately, this dress was out of stock but Shabby Apple was really nice to ask me and give me the chance to choose another dress. I was having a hard time choosing and actually answered Dayna's email after a few days because there was a lot of really pretty dresses to choose from. If only I could have them all. But anyway, I chose the "I'm Late! I'm Late!" dress from the Mad Hatter collection.

They said it will be 20 business days 'til I received it. I'm down to my last 5 days! I can't wait to see it! I will definitely update you once I got it!

I would like to thank Aubrey of Made You Blush and Shabby Apple for this blessing. I am really grateful for this dress and more power to you guys. I would also like to thank Dayna from Shabby Apple for attending to my inquiries and updating me about the dress.

Let's give some love to Aubrey by visiting her wonderful blog:
