You Know You Love Me

I went out with my friends to have some fun with Trisha and his boyfriend, Richard, before they go back to Australia. We've been planning what we will do for weeks now. But we ended up having a karaoke night in Chicago KTV at Metrowalk.

It was quite chilly that night because it was raining non-stop. I've been thinking of an outfit that can compromise the girls' night out occasion and the weather.
What I wore: black tights Forever 21 • black flats Parisian • floral skirt St. Francis Square • gray tank top, black faux leather jacket bought in Bangkok • white watch Claire's (Japan) • accessories Landmark • black bag Japan

So I decided to channel both Blair Waldorf and Serena van der Woodsen. The skirt, tights and flats which was the usual ensemble of Blair when she was still in Constance then the faux leather jacket to add a touch of a party-girl-Serena-look.

I also used the Nyx Paris lipstick to have that light pink lips, like what Liz Uy usually use. But hers was Mac (Pink Nouveau). I was not able to borrow my Ate Arianne's because she was not around. Anyway, it also looks good whether you are fair skinned or olive-skinned.

Did I make it work? :)

PS. Excuse the background. We were in a rush to go home. The rain got stronger and we were having a hard time to find hail cab. :)
